Rates & Pricing Guidance
Transparent pricing guidance for Magnolia Path succession planning consultations, including assessment fees, workshop rates, retainer structures, and coaching session costs.
How we price our work
Family business advisory does not lend itself to one-size-fits-all pricing. The complexity of your ownership structure, number of stakeholders, geographic spread, and urgency all affect scope. The figures below are starting points based on typical engagements — your final quote will be confirmed after an introductory scoping call.
Succession Readiness Assessment
From NT$280,000
Covers discovery interviews, analysis, draft review session, and final written report. Add NT$60,000 for each additional family branch beyond the primary operating entity. Travel outside Greater Kaohsiung billed at NT$5,000 per day plus expenses.
Timeline: 4–6 weeks from signed agreement.
Family Governance Workshop
From NT$180,000
Includes pre-workshop interviews (up to six participants), full-day facilitation, and written summary. Venue hire and catering are the client's responsibility. Additional participants beyond six: NT$15,000 each.
Timeline: 3–4 weeks preparation plus workshop day.
Transition Planning Advisory
From NT$45,000 / month
Monthly retainer covering two video calls, email support, and one quarterly on-site visit. Minimum commitment: six months. Complex multi-entity transitions may require NT$65,000–85,000 monthly depending on stakeholder count and visit frequency.
Billed monthly in advance. 30-day written notice to conclude.
Next-Generation Coaching
NT$8,500 per session
90-minute individual coaching sessions. Sold in blocks of six (NT$48,000) or twelve (NT$90,000). Sessions unused within 12 months of purchase are non-refundable but may be transferred to another family member with advisor approval.
Scheduled bi-weekly unless otherwise agreed.
Estimate factors
Quotes may increase when: more than two operating subsidiaries are involved, family members are geographically dispersed requiring multi-city travel, active disputes require additional facilitated sessions, or documentation is incomplete and requires extended review time.
Quotes may decrease for: smaller businesses with fewer than three equity holders, engagements where a readiness assessment has already been completed by Magnolia Path within the prior 18 months, or non-profit family foundations seeking governance advisory only.
Payment terms
New engagements require a 50% deposit upon signing, with the balance due at final delivery (assessments and workshops) or billed monthly (retainers). We accept bank transfer and corporate cheque. We do not process online payments through this website — all financial arrangements are confirmed in writing via invoice.
