Next-Generation Coaching
One-on-one coaching for identified successors covering leadership identity, stakeholder relationships, and the personal challenges of stepping into a family enterprise role.
For whom
This coaching is for family members who have been designated — formally or informally — as future leaders but lack confidence, clarity, or support in preparing for that role. It is not executive skills training; it addresses the specific emotional and relational dynamics of leading a business your parents built.
Session structure
Each 90-minute session explores one focused theme: managing relationships with non-family executives, earning credibility with long-tenured staff, balancing family expectations with operational reality, or preparing for difficult conversations with siblings who hold equity but do not work in the business.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential between the coach and the individual. Summary themes may be shared with the family only with explicit written consent.
Commitment
Most successors benefit from a minimum of six sessions over three months. Sessions are scheduled bi-weekly unless otherwise agreed.
